About Us

My name is Azi and I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS). I have been a counsellor for the past 9 years and have been in the mental health field for more than 15 years. I am very passionate about what I do and I’m a strong believer of the healing power of therapy. I am a wounded healer and a trauma survivor. I have healed myself and Im still on my own healing journey. My goal is to work beside you as you walk through your healing journey to rediscover you. I believe that no matter where you come from and how big your trauma wounds are, you have the capacity to heal. , I have a passion to work with childhood trauma. I am a level 2 AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) therapist. I also draw from my trainings in Internal Family Systems and Somatic therapy when helping my client. We will be working together to help you process all the emotions and energies stored and stuck in your body due to traumas. , I also love to do couple counselling and I’m trained in an evidence based model called Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (EFT). I feel blessed that I can witness magic happening between two humans in my sessions. Thats when I see my clients finally dropping their defences and connecting with each other from a vulnerable place.
