Taking a behavioural approach, we work together to develop strategies and tools that support a more fulfilling life—what is referred to in DBT as a "life experienced as worth living.” Wellness tools and strategies we use are informed by DBT, ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy, but I believe it is the trusting and supportive relationship we build that forms the foundation upon which this challenging yet rewarding work is done. , I am trained as an Occupational Therapist, and I am honoured to have witnessed and shared in the life experiences and personal growth of my clients for over 15 years.
