I am a passionate individual/couples therapist, and OEI trainer specializing in anxiety, developmental disorders, attachment, relationships and family dynamics. I aim to provide a therapeutic space where both adults and couples can explore and learn new tools to manage their presenting concerns, while understanding where these patterns are rooted in our neurophysiology "blueprints", helping them move into an empowerment and resiliency state of being. Similarly, I offer clinicians the opportunity to continue their learning in OEI (Level II) through knowledge and an experiential approach to training. , As a practitioner, I aim to provide individuals with a safe space to explore their inner world. Deeply rooted in an person-centred evidence-based practice, while utilizing PACT, OEI and EMDR (certified), mind-body health, trauma-informed anxiety and stress management approaches to healing. , As a woman, a daughter, a practitioner I can relate to the difficulties of taking the first step to acknowledging the need for support, and healing.
