Aestra Counselling & Wellness offers sliding scale sessions at a rate between $50 to $100 with our candidate counsellors completing their practicum work. \n\nAre you looking to live with more ease and authentically? All of our practitioners practice person centred therapies that are designed to help you connect to yourself in a deeper way that engages your own internal wisdom and balance.
