I enjoy working with adults and youth as they move from a place of surviving to a place of thriving. Freedom is one of my overarching goals for my clients: freedom from shame, anxiety, depression, and anything else holding them back from experiencing life to the full. These struggles are often symptoms we experience as a result of the hard places we have been and the ways we learned to cope with these hard experiences. I love being a part of this work of liberation. , One of my greatest passions is helping people to rediscover their value and worth as human beings. This awareness of our innate worth is something that is too often taken from us through challenging life experiences. And yet living from a place of worthiness is so vital to our wellbeing. , I know both personally and professionally how vulnerable the counselling process can be.
