Often we don\t consider the pains we\ve had as trauma, which is understandable as it is the "normal" of our experience. I have training in EMDR and use Somatic Experiencing and mindfulness to help you work through painful events. , It takes humility to admit you need help and it requires great courage to ask someone for help. We live in a society that says "Be independent and strong, don\t need anyone." People are meant to be connected to other people. Let me help you.
