" Ive worked in community mental health for the last several years helping children and adolescents cope with various concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, substance use, sexual identity struggles, and family stressors. I have also worked extensively with families to resolve conflict and facilitate effective communication. Sometimes just having an unbiased pair of fresh ears in the conversation can open up a new perspective and help build understanding within a family. The goal is to help families develop their communication skills and build positive emotional connections. Its amazing how a little extra support can help families resolve conflict, communicate better, and deepen their relationships! I hope to help heal family relationships by helping the whole family feel supported in processing their emotions and needs.
