About Us

I work with individuals who are having difficulty regulating their emotions. They are often experiencing a multitude of stressors all at once. The people I see have typically grown up in a traumatic environment and their current experiences are being compounded by past hurts. The combination of outside stressors and past trauma is commonly exasperated by relationship problems with family members. I help people learn to regulate their emotions and manage their stressors during these difficult times. I do not do marriage counseling on this platform. , I have 17 years of experience helping people navigate very difficult life circumstances. People come to me when they are navigating difficult relationships with their children, partner, or adult family members. I help people regulate their emotions and achieve a sense of direction and stability. , Everyone in life passes through their own personal hell.
