I truly enjoy collaborating with a client to explore their needs and help them become a healthier, happier person. I have a broad range of experience and have worked extensively with people dealing with anxiety and stress management, depression, substance abuse and addiction, and eating disorders. I am a Licensed Alcoholism & Drug Abuse Counselor and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. I have also done a lot of work with individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder, managing boundaries, tolerating distress, & coping with emotions.
