Hello! My name is Lisa. I work with individuals facing a difficult phase in their life and looking for a healthier and more fulfilling future. I work with teenagers and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma bonds; who are going through divorce, grief and other relationship losses; people with a history of abuse, neglect and abandonment, those struggling with or recovering from addictions, toxic relationships, lack of self-worth and/or who have difficulty engaging in society, keeping themselves isolated and alone. , " I am located in N.E. Arkansas (Jonesboro). Im a Licensed Professional Counselor with almost a quarter century of experience. Aside from that, I have extensive experience in life in general, the good, the bad and the ugly. At 32 years of age, I was called to help others who have experienced traumas similar to those I worked through in therapy and overcame. ", I work with clients to improve symptoms in their own life that I have experienced as well, including recovery from alcoholism, toxic relationships, sexual abuse, betrayal, self-doubt, trauma, depression, anxiety and anger. I attribute my success to my own personal therapy, AA and a relationship with God. I also pray for wisdom and guidance with each client.
