Whether you need a safe place, a listening ear, or an outside perspective, I’d like to provide you with these, along with the emotional support and guidance to help you gain the tools and skills needed to get to know yourself better, reach your personalized goals, and become more in control of your thoughts, feelings, and actions. , My life experiences and service in the military led to my career as a counselor. I have worked with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, maladaptive behaviors, disability, and transition and adjustment challenges. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques and am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. , I believe everyone needs a support system.
