" Growth, development, and healing are possible. Your story is still being written and sometimes the setting, characters, theme, or plot can be heavy and laborious. Dealing with heavy experiences like shame, defeat, loss, fear, and anxiety alone is difficult if not tortuous. I would be honored to help you navigate your difficulties. I work with ages 13 and up that present with such experiences as anxiety, depression, trauma (both past and current), relationship dynamics, and grief. I work to tailor my approach to best meet the clients needs. ", Trained in a wide range of approaches with preferred methods involving EFT, CBT, ACT, and EMDR; I work hard to provide my clients with a sense of centeredness cultivated by intuitiveness, training, insight, intellect, and compassion. I work to aid clients in organizing their experiences and making sense of the challenges that arise in their lives. , Navigating the human experience can be daunting and confusing. It can be challenging to make sense of so much that happens in our mind and body. I also believe that when we start putting pieces into their appropriate places, the picture makes sense and much of the confusion begins to fade. We can find solutions, healing, and meaning together.
