I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. I specialize in working with children, adolescents and young adults. My experience and training is diverse. I have worked with adolescents in an Alberta Health Services collaborative inpatient unit. As a former guidance counsellor I have provided counselling to at risk teens. In private practice, I have conducted psycho-educational assessments for learning disorders, giftedness, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I provide strategies for clients with ADHD and more. In therapy, I am respectful, open-minded and embrace Client Centered paradigms. , I support teens and young adults in relationships, social skills, stress and anxiety, school performance, ADHD, life transitions, phobias, emotion regulation, self-esteem, eating disorders and self-harm. I have created and facilitated group programming for youth, adults and parents. I have supported adults with developmental disabilities and trained CSWs. , I community wellness and participate in community initiatives. I am a member of the South Asian Police Advisory Board.
