I will help you look at your situation in a new light, connect with whats truly important to you, and treat yourself with more compassion.\n\nI draw on a variety of approaches focused on improving emotional wellness, and managing symptoms of depression and anxiety, including compassion-based CBT, strength-based therapy, and nutritional psychiatry, which looks at how to support good mental health from the inside out. Often, being diagnosed later in life comes with a host of realizations and emotions, including a new understanding of yourself, but also a sense of grief over what was "lost" over the years due to not knowing you had ADHD. , Friendships, relationships, and even career can be impacted by ADHD, and it takes time to adjust to thinking differently about yourself.\n\nI bring my authentic self to every session, and invite you to do the same.
