" I offer counselling to people that are highly sensitive and highly empathic. Many of my clients are intuitive and seem to know things and see things that others arent aware of. This often leaves them feeling out of place, isolated, and unsure if they can trust themselves. A common issue is being in relationships where you over give but are told you are not doing enough. This can lead to overthinking, overanalyzing, anxiety, depression, and low-self esteem. You might know what you want to do, what you want to say but get stuck because of the worry of hurting the other persons feelings. ", I help my clients gain a deeper understanding of why they struggle and what stops them from setting the boundaries that they want and need. One method that I offer is Somatic therapy which allows for deeper healing. It works with the unconscious so negative beliefs about self can come into awareness.
