The Family Centre can support you to navigate through change, raise healthy children, develop strong and healthy relationships, and heal from trauma. The Family Centre is a safe space for everyone. People of all ages, cultures, ethnicities, experiences, gender expressions, gender identities, religions, and sexual orientations are welcome to access our services. Your first session is FREE & available virtually, over the phone, or in person. Counselling is available from Mondays to Thursdays (10 AM-7 PM); Fridays & Saturdays (10 AM-3 PM). , Additionally, we offer therapist lead support groups for those wanting to cope with depression, anxiety, grief, and those who want to learn how to build stronger and safer relationships. Please see the groups below to learn more. We offer subsidies on a sliding scale for all of our services.
