About Us

I am a counsellor and registered art therapist and the founder of Nurture Nest Art Therapy and Education. We have a team of professionals to support your journey - whether you are an adult, child or family to psychological wellness. I have knowledge and educational experience working with children and families particularly with adhd, autism, social anxiety, navigating relationships, parenting and neurodiversity. I provide a caring, non-judgmental and person-centered approach to understanding, processing, and recovering from life challenges. I am currently also completing training to become a provisional psychologist in Alberta. , I offer 50 minute virtual and in person art therapy sessions in Alberta, I have no current wait list and welcome the opportunity to support you and your family. , The best place to start is by emailing me with your current concerns and goals for yourself or your child/family. I can help you find the right solutions to improve or enhance your mental wellness. As a parent myself, I trust that support is often found when we work together and I offer you a hopeful and judgement-free space to help you achieve success.
