Welcome! I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist in Alberta currently accepting new clients. I provide counselling to seniors, adults, young adults and teens. I am experienced in a variety of mental health concerns including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and LGBTQ2S+ experiences. I have a special interest in working with chronic pain, those who have experienced domestic violence, disordered eating concerns such as body positivity, binge eating, and influences of diet culture.
