Considering this first step is brave and courageous of you, and I would be honoured to help you explore what you need to head towards the path of your healing journey. I offer therapy for adults and teens in a warm, authentic and judgement free space. I am passionate about working with BIPOC women to create a safe space in which we can discuss the impact of stigma experienced from the world around us and also within our own communities. Breaking cycles begins with healing. , I approach therapy through a holistic lens, seeing you as a whole person and considering mind, body, and spirit allowing us to address the various dimensions of your life and promote deeper healing.
