Welcome! I have a Masters of Social Work and am trained in trauma and anxiety management. I offer EMDR therapy which is an evidence based practice used for trauma treatment and I also use a variety of approaches to meet your needs because we are not all the same. My hope is to meet you where you are at and assist you in living the life you desire to live. Evening and weekend appointments are available. , I have 6 years of social work and counselling experience for a variety of ages, backgrounds and concerns including mental health issues, addictions, trauma, grief/loss and relationship challenges. I am covered by many insurance companies for reimbursement, please check with your provider. , My priority when providing therapy is upholding your right to have a safe and non-judgmental space to share, heal and be validated. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and we will work together to make a plan to reach your goals.
