I am a Provisional Psychologist through the College of Alberta Psychologists and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. , I believe in using a holistic approach to counselling and psychotherapy where I get to know who you are as a person as well as your struggles before offering any suggestions or interventions. I try my best to meet you where you are at and to work on your goals. At times, I will push you and I will challenge you, but it will never be from a place of judgment. , I know reaching out for help is hard. It is hard to admit to yourself that you cannot do something on your own. It is hard to change those maladaptive survival techniques that have helped you for so long.
