I am committed to creating a safe space and I practice from an anti-oppressive, client centered, trauma informed lens, valuing dignity, diversity, and self-empowerment. My educational and clinical experience has included working with individuals to overcome personal, societal, and systemic factors to enable growth and healing. , I work using tenants of Mindfulness, EMDR, neurobiology, Somatic and compassionate inquiry, and focus on self-healing and therapeutic approaches to care. I work with adolescents and adults as well as their support systems. The clients that I serve often present with trauma, anxiety, and depression. , I believe that creating a therapeutic relationship is one of the most important steps towards healing. Because of this I offer a free 15 min consultation over the phone or through Zoom. This will give you a chance to see if we are a good fit. I am ready and able to accept new patients in person or online.
