I special in supporting individuals with complex trauma, role strain, family conflict and struggles related to womanhood. , I have level EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) level 1 and level 2. This therapy is approved by the American Psychiatric Association as effective therapy for complex trauma. I am an attachment basic therapist that draws heavily from a feminist framework. Additionally, I am trained in CBT, DBT and ACT.
