About Us

I obtained a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in Law and Forensic Psychology, and have extensive experience and specialized training in the area of assessment, both in clinical and forensic settings. Many of the individuals I work with have never had contact with a mental health professional or found that the previous treatment they engaged in was unhelpful. Many also say they are aware something is "off" but not sure what to do. I enjoy working with clients to clarify the symptoms and concerns they are experiencing through a comprehensive psychological assessment to enhance their well-being. , A psychological assessment focuses on various components of your mental health and personality, and can be helpful in clarifying how your mental health is impacting your daily functioning. A diagnosis can lead to helpful recommendations for treatment moving forward, for returning to work, or access to special accommodations in post-secondary education. , As a clinical-forensic psychologist, my work revolves around the intersection of mental health and the legal system. As such, I conduct criminal risk assessment (risk for violence, recidivism). I also offer evaluations under Family Law Practice Note 7, including Parent Risk/Psychological Evaluation, Focused Assessment, Voice of the Child, and Triage.
