About Us

" Accessing over 15 years of education and experience I provide counselling services to children, adolescents, couples, families and individuals. Some of the areas I have experience in include relational issues, addictions (impact on family members), anxiety, anger management, depression, parenting, grief and loss, stress, school problems, life transitions, workplace stress, separation and divorce, personal growth, self-esteem, co-dependency, and trauma. Each persons experience is unique and I value working collaboratively with each person to create meaningful therapeutic goals. Through empathy and understanding I support people to discover what they need in order to take the first small step towards healing, change, and growth. ", I have experience working in a variety of settings including educational settings, non for profit agencies and private practice. I have facilitated workshops and groups on anger management, domestic violence, parenting, blended families, and communication. I enjoy working with adults, children and families on a variety of everyday challenges. , I recognize that personal change is not easy and I try to create a confidential, respectful environment where people feel safe to share, to process difficult emotions and to start to heal.
