About Us

I am passionate about helping people work through difficulties that are keeping them stuck or unhappy in their lives. I work with couples and individuals, often women and other professionals, with a variety of symptoms and concerns. These may be due to longstanding and no longer workable patterns of thoughts, behaviours or unprocessed emotions. I bring a unique perspective and skillset to my work having practiced as a lawyer for several years before changing paths to become a therapist. I know how difficult (and rewarding!) it can be to make changes in life, and I will support you in your own journey- whatever that might look like. , My approaches will be tailored to your needs. I often use techniques that are mind-body based and emotion-focused as well as specialized interventions for those with chronic pain or a history of trauma. I lean towards a psychodynamic orientation to help people gain insight into how their past relationships and experiences inform their present ones. , It takes courage to reach out for support, but the rewards can include a happier, richer and more meaningful life. I endeavour to provide a collaborative, safe and warm space where we can work together to achieve your goals.
