About Us

I specialize in mood management and emotional skills training. I work with teens, youth and adults experiencing depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, anxiety, ADHD and trauma related challenges like PTSD and borderline personality disorder. I help clients accept themselves and their brain, while supporting them to learn new skills and ways of being. Tailoring a plan that fits each client, I excel at helping people understand, experience and tolerate emotions more effectively. We also explore the impact conditioning and western culture has on our health. Together, we can replace problematic behaviors with skillful behaviors. My clients describe feeling different, alone and like they don’t quite fit in. They have heard a lifetime of “you’re so sensitive, too much and not enough”. , Life is complicated and can be hard at times. We are not designed to do it alone, so we all need extra support from time to time. I know how intimidating and scary it can be to reach out.
