About Us

I am a Registered Psychologist with 10 years of experience supporting people in the mental health field. My practice is focused on helping individuals and couples create meaningful, fulfilling, and emotionally safe relationships with themselves and others. I work from an attachment lens, honoring our human need for emotional safety and belonging. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based somatic modalities (Hakomi) to help clients acknowledge and understand themselves and their needs. When appropriate and helpful I draw from Narrative, CBT, and Gottman Method interventions support the needs of my clients. In relational work, these skills are the building blocks to an attuned relationship. I help couples get to the root of their issues so they can find their way back to the same team. , I am interested in building compassionate and lasting relationships with clients who are ready to make meaningful change in their lives. I am passionate about people and accepting of relationships of all shapes and sizes.
