About Us

Hi my name is Kris and I am non-binary with two gender presentations. I am a Mental Health Therapist working at finishing the final year of my degree from City University of Seattle. I believe that everyone is unique and because of this, the path towards healing requires a flexible approach. I specialize in working with the 2SLGBTQ+ community including queer and gender identity concerns. I also help with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, self-worth, trauma, interpersonal relationships, and discrimination. I am available to see individual clients 13 years or older, couples, and families. , I am an integrative therapist, using components of narrative, internal family systems (IFS) therapy, and somatic therapy. I focus on helping clients connect with their inner self, to help bring insight and awareness into the issues that brought them to therapy before we collaborate to work towards healing and bringing about any desired changes. , " I feel that we all have the capacity to become our own healers, and through that healing process we can move toward more balance and harmony within ourselves and with the world around us. I believe that there is something sacred in people connecting with each other, especially when were vulnerable, and I endeavor to always embody this idea with my clients. "
