" Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. Maybe you’re feeling stuck, as if there arent enough words to describe everything you’re feeling. Perhaps you’ve noticed that your capacity for day-to-day life just isn’t what it once was. Or maybe you’ve been reflecting on your life experiences and want a place to safely examine the collection of joyful and difficult things you’ve been through. I work with individuals who are seeking to connect more deeply to themselves and others. This often includes helping people to navigate shame, anxiety, negative views of self, relationship challenges, and the impacts of sexual violence and other traumas. ", As a narrative and somatic therapist, I believe that the stories told by, to, and about us are carried in our minds and bodies, and shape our lives. Sometimes these stories serve us; other times, they do not. With curiosity, we can understand where our stories comes from, how they have served us, and how we might work to change them. , You can expect me to welcome you with warmth, humour, and gentle guidance. Our work together will be a collaborative process in which you bring knowledge about your life and I bring knowledge about counselling; together, we will do therapy.
