About Us

Are you feeling overwhelmed, lost and struggling with a lack of meaning in life? I am here to support you. I will work collaboratively with you to reduce troubling symptoms and help you regain a sense of purpose and connection. I predominately work with clients who have experienced trauma, in addition to other concerns such as PTSD, anxiety, addiction, depression and body image issues. I have experience working with people from various ethnic backgrounds, including Indigenous peoples and immigrants, struggling with complex trauma and loss of culture. , I strive to create a safe, trusting relationship where you feel comfortable to explore your inner world and work through the thoughts, beliefs, patterns and unhealed wounds that may be affecting you. I believe healing occurs through connection when you feel truly seen, heard and understood you feel empowered and make meaningful changes in your life. , I believe that you are the expert of your experience and I will collaborate with you throughout the therapeutic process to incorporate your wisdom into our work together. I utilize many modalities including EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, ACT and Mindfulness. I hope to hear from you soon so I may support you with your next steps toward achieving your goals.
