Welcome! I am a doctoral-level clinical and forensic psychologist licensed with the College of Alberta Psychologists since 2004. I have extensive experience in community clinics, inpatient settings, correctional facilities, and private practice. I have many years of experience preparing court reports, providing psychological assessments, and conducting individual and group cognitive-behavioural therapy. I am a member of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA), and I have a wealth of experience in assessing and treating problematic sexual interests and behaviours. , My primary therapeutic orientation is cognitive-behavioural, although I routinely blend approaches to meet client needs. I have training in Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness practices. , My therapeutic style is warm, respectful, non-judgmental, and collaborative. My clinical expertise includes the treatment of problematic sexual interests/behaviours, depression, anxiety/panic, phobias, obsessive-compulsive problems, and acute and complex trauma.
