It can also contribute to PTSD, phobias, disordered eating, and a number of other mental health challenges. , I use approaches such as Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
