Anxiety, trauma recovery, burnout, First Responders/helping professionals, and clients recovering from MVAs are my specialties. You’ve noticed that you’re responding in ways that don’t algin with the life you’ve envision for yourself. Pressures, stress, and challenges feel like they’re just too much to manage. You notice yourself thinking “I\m never good enough” or "I\m a failure". Emotions either take control or feel non-existent. I’m here to support you with reconnecting with your values, beliefs, and strengths by creating an environment where you are heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. , " I take a direct approach to therapy, collaborating together to determine your goals of therapy, possible treatment solutions, and creating a roadmap for sessions. I utilize EMDR, CBT, DBT, and ACT to create a plan that is uniquely tailored to your needs. Im a fan of humor and love when laughter finds its way into even the most challenging sessions.
