I’m a queer, neurodivergent therapist dedicated to supporting youth, adults, and couples. With a Master’s in Counselling from City University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Manitoba, my practice draws from both personal and professional experiences with ADHD/AuDHD, LGBTQ+ identities, grief, anxiety, depression, and substance use. These experiences enrich my ability and desire to support clients navigating a range of challenges. Through working from a person-centred, trauma-informed, and strength-based approach, I aim to create a safe and collaborative space for exploration and growth. , I integrate CBT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems into my practice to support clients in overcoming hardships, challenging negative thought patterns, cultivating self-compassion for lasting personal growth. , I strive to honour the diverse experiences each client brings to therapy.
