I also support interpersonal issues including couples counselling, parenting support, peer challenges, and social skills development. I like working as a team and actively seek and incorporate client feedback as an integral part of sessions. I aim to provide a warm and safe space for clients. , I tailor my therapeutic style to the age and goals of clients. I support clients in gaining relief from emotional distress, skill development, decision making, improving relationships, or personal growth. I draw from CBT, EMDR, Gottman Method, solution-focused, person-centred, IFS, attachment, and mindfulness approaches to provide a range of solutions. , " Each client comes to therapy with a unique story and reason.
