As a registered psychologist with specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Grief Recovery, and Clinical Traumatology, I use a mindfulness-based and client-centred approach to create a compassionate, judgment-free space. My goal is to help you overcome obstacles, build resilience, and achieve your personal goals.
