About Us

I truly believe that each of us has the innate ability to overcome personal challenges and create the life we desire. However, life can be tricky to navigate on our own! I would be honored to work with you to uncover your unique strengths, break through barriers, and rewrite your story. \nFor over 25 years, I have been professionally supporting the mental health of children, youth, and adults. For most of my career, I have been working in various school divisions, helping children and their families navigate their world with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), anxiety, depression, autism, grief and trauma. , Raising my own neuro-diverse teenagers has only enhanced my passion to help children and youth thrive in often turbulent times. I take a relational and collaborative approach to help strengthen their relationships with themselves and their family. Utilizing fun and creative tools, I make therapy more engaging and comfortable to share one’s story. , When supporting children, youth, or adults, I focus on building trust, illuminating strengths, and understanding trauma. I am a culturally sensitive therapist who is affirming of neurodivergent individuals and 2SLGBTQ+ communities. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions to help people regulate big emotions and make meaningful progress.
