Sometimes life can feel very difficult and we are not quite sure why. Often times we are not how to make sense of our lives in a meaningful way and that can stop us from being who we truly are. Or maybe you have been through difficult times in your life that you are not quite sure how to overcome. These difficult experiences can get in the way of maintaining meaningful relationships, building trust or feeling at peace. Processing these events can take place at any age and can look different for each individual. The important part is that you feel genuinely seen and heard. , I believe people can heal by entering a trusting relationship and gaining insight into their lives. By understanding how we approach ourselves, others and the world around us, we can make sense of how to create meaningful and practical change. That would be through processing a traumatic event, feeling truly validated or learning to regulate our emotions. , I am truly pleased to have the opportunity to work with people like you (or your child) and I look forward to getting to know what unique qualities each person brings to the world.
