Hello! I’m Jenn and I’m a registered psychologist. I have been working with teens and adults who have been coping with the impacts of addiction and trauma. Trauma can impact us in a variety of ways, including depression, anxiety, sleep difficulties, relationship stress, and chronic pain. I’m here as a listener and guide, to spark coping, healing, and movement through whatever challenges are in the way of you being the authentic person you want to be. Therapy doesn’t always have to be doom and gloom; therapy is a chance to explore the difficult and celebrate the growth! , I practice through a “Rogerian lens” which emphasizes empathy, respect, non-judgment, and unconditional positive regard. I also have training in EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). , You are important, you have value, and what you say matters!
