In the courageous act of confronting life difficulties, it’s important to have trustworthy, caring, and knowledgeable supports that have faith in your strengths and capabilities. It is through relationships that humans overcome. I utilize an integrative, educational, eclectic, and flexible approach. I have been described as perceptive, caring, curious, compassionate, and able to provide alternative points of view. I strive to bring authenticity, collaboration, and vitality to my work. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and change. View 4 Photos, As a Masters-level Social Worker, my practice is centered on men’s issues, with specialization in substance use and behavioural issues (gambling, sex, and pornography), and mental health concerns, such as anxiety and depression. I work with men around anger issues and being more vulnerable with emotions. I also work with police, RCMP, and military veterans. , The therapeutic connection is one of the most important elements in counselling.
