" Welcome! I am Japneet, a Registered Provisional Psychologist providing in-person and virtual therapy in Calgary, Alberta for teens and adults. I am deeply passionate about cultivating a collaborative, safe, and inclusive environment to empower you in creating meaningful changes in your life. I am here to support you through challenges you may be experiencing in your relationships as well as concerns related to identity, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. I am honoured to be a part of your healing and growth journey, and I cant wait for you to get to the place where you want to be! ", I have extensive experience supporting clients with concerns including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, stress, ADHD, life transitions, culture and intersectionality, self-esteem and body-image, attachment, and relationship challenges. I work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that will help support you in reaching your therapeutic goals. , Starting therapy can be an intimidating and daunting process! My goal is to ensure you feel safe, comfortable, understood, and welcomed throughout our time together. I work using a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive lens and I am LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity affirming. Currently, I welcome adults, seniors, and teenagers over the age of 15 into my practice.
