" I am a registered social worker with a passion for mental health and wellness. In my practice I work effectively with children, adolescents, adults and families. My journey as a therapist evolved in community, crisis and mental health settings and I have a specialized interest in the areas of anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviours, parent-child relationships, life-transitions, trauma, stress management and gender-affirming care. I have obtained diverse training and experience and use evidence-based treatment, to support individuals in managing lifes challenges.
