About Us

Hello and a warm welcome! I am a Registered Psychologist and I have specialized training in Mindfulness and am a trained Mindful Self-Compassion teacher. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege to work in a variety of settings providing direct one-on-one support to individuals from many different walks of life. My experiences have taught me that most of us struggle with self kindness and being present, and that developing these skills can be life changing. My view that is you are an expert on your own life and I am privileged to come alongside to provide support and facilitate your journey towards healing and growth. , I work with individuals 18+ as well as couples, to address a variety of concerns including managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress management, grief and loss, emotion regulation, relationship challenges, personal growth. I also have specialized training in working with trauma including EMDR and Somatic Experiencing. , My primary focus is that each person feels accepted and respected within a caring, supportive environment. I understand that your situation is unique and there is no “one size fits all” approach, which is why I draw upon a variety of therapeutic approaches. My intention is to leave you feeling that your concerns have been heard and that you are valued!
