I work with a wide range of concerns including complex and relational trauma such as systemic oppression, historical abuse and neglect. I support folks through life transitions and support folks in staying grounded and emotionally regulated. I may be a good fit for folks who are experiencing life transitions, experience on-going systemic oppression and looking for ways to live a more whole, authentic and present life. , I offer a warm, accepting and practical space for people to explore and heal from many concerns.
