I work from a handful of different frameworks and have a more direct approach to therapy. I work mostly with individuals and couples. I specialize with couples and have had training through the Gottman Institute, CBT for couples as well as Relational Life Therapy for Couples. Helping couples achieve the healthiest version of themselves can solidify life long happiness. Life is not only struggle and "surviving" your marriage and/or parenthood does not need to be the goal.
