About Us

I have a passion for helping people become the best version of themselves, and counselling can be a great place to work on that. I have experience working in various areas such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, anger management, self-esteem, addiction, communication, mental health capacity building in schools, psychoeducation, family work, children, groups, individuals, and couples counselling. I prioritize continuing education and am always finding ways to expand my skills and knowledge to best serve my clients. , I use a person-centered approach as a foundation along with a variety of counselling techniques to meet the diverse needs of my clients. We will work together to find the best approach to help you work towards your goals. I am trained in EMDR which is a specialized training to treat trauma and other presenting concerns such as anxiety, grief, and phobias.. , I bring empathy, respect, and compassion into every counselling session to help foster a healthy therapeutic relationship with my clients.
