My work, for 34 years, has been with all ages and stages in life as a life coach, mediator and counsellor: young children, youth in high school and post-secondary, adults as individuals, couples and parents. Since I have a teaching background, I invite those of you who are feeling the burden of working in education to reach out to me; I know burnout. I specialize in warm acceptance, humour and compassion using mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focussed, trauma-informed and somatic approaches. When you bring your concerns, I use an engaged and direct approach to help you to clarify and work through your challenges. , My main focus is to work with you to enhance your strengths, practice healthy reflection and create the positive change you desire in your life and in the lives of those around you. You have the capacity for positive change through the creative process of counselling.
