I enjoy working with individual adults, couples, families, and adolescents (16+). , I offer various evidence-based treatment approaches. I provide therapy for a range of concerns, although my areas of focus are working with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and trauma. I use the Gottman Method for couples therapy and EMDR for treating trauma. , I look forward to walking with you on your journey towards increasing self-awareness, healing, and growth.
