I enjoy workng with adults from diverse backgrounds and who are dealing with a variety of mental health concerns. , I have extensive training in treating a variety of mental health concerns through my experiences at multiple outpatient programs within AHS and clinics in the community. I have worked with many mental health (e.g., depression, anxiety, trauma) and health (e.g., sleep) concerns in the community, and with military and paramilitary clients. , I also emphasize compassion, collaboration, and psychological safety in building a trusting relationship with my clients.
